Hanger Hill is an electoral ward in the London Borough of Ealing. The ward was first used in the 1964 elections. It returns three councillors to Ealing London Borough Council.

The by-election took place on 10 October 2024, following the resignation of Gregory Stafford.[1] It was held on the same day as by-elections in Northolt Mandeville and South Acton.
