The Iraqi Second Division League is a football league that is the fourth tier of the Iraqi football league system.[1] The league was founded in 1974, and consists of 20 clubs split into two groups.[2]

In the 2023–24 season, Al-Jaish won the championship title after defeating Al-Falluja 4–2 on penalties after a 1–1 draw in the final match.[3]
