Plot
editThe series begins with an introduction to the family consisting of a big sister who is an adult, two younger brothers, an older brother who is an adult, and two parents. They live in a seemingly poor household only with a small fountain and a few chickens that are the main source of food throughout the series. The two children are sent to the local village school where the older brother is beaten with a stick (that was made for the teacher by one of the rich sons of the village) by the strict teacher because of his missing homework and behaviour etc. As a response to that the older brother beats up the teacher after finding out. Later they want to send the children to the city school but the school only can accept 1 of the children and the older brother says that the younger one should visit that school out of selflessness and love. The younger brother goes to school from Monday to Friday but is too shy to raise his hand and talk in class because he is poor although he always knows all the answers. His friend who sits next to him encourages him and defends him against the rich mean kids that bully him.
