Alaska Senate district R is one of 20 districts of the Alaska Senate. It has been represented by Republican Click Bishop since 2023. Bishop previously represented District C from 2013−2023. District R is located in The Bush and encompasses the entirety of Alaska's 35th House of Representatives district and 36th House of Representatives district, including the Yukon–Koyukuk Census Area, Southeast Fairbanks Census Area, and Copper River Census Area.[2]
