Alexandra Bíróová (born 13 July 1991) is a Slovak football midfielder who currently plays for SKN St. Pölten of the Austrian Frauenliga.[1] She has played in the UEFA Women's Champions League with her previous clubs Slovan Duslo Šaľa and SV Neulengbach.

She is a member of the Slovak national team.[2] On 10 April 2021, Bíróová played her 100th match for Slovakia in a 0–0 draw with Mexico.[3]
