Bamboo chicken is a chicken curry prepared by stuffing chicken in bamboo segments and then cooking it on charcoal. It is a traditional tribal cuisine of Maredumilli, a hill station in the Alluri Sitharama Raju district in Andhra Pradesh, India.[1]
