Biggleswade Rugby Club is a rugby union team from Bedfordshire. Biggleswade Rugby Club (BRUFC) has been an important part of the community for a number of years. Founded in 1949, the club has been well represented at all age groups over the years and continues to offer a vibrant and family friendly atmosphere for all ages and abilities. We currently have 3 senior men’s sides and one Ladies side, with all sides enjoying success over recent years. The 1st XV currently play in Counties 2 Midlands East (South) and our 2nd/3rd teams play in the Merit tables. Ladies won their league in only the second competitive season.

With numerous teams from age 5 upwards, spread across our Mini & Youth setup, players of any age can find an enjoyable place to play rugby.

Please note: No Dogs allowed on any grassed areas of the club.

The clubhouse offers a range of facilities that extend past playing rugby. BRUFC can offer two fully equipped bars which can cater for events big and small. The clubhouse also includes four squash courts, changing facilities, 6 full size pitches, plus numerous training areas.

The Rugby season runs from the beginning of September to the early May Bank holiday

Ladies Train Monday and Friday evenings

Men Train Tuesday and Thursday evenings

Mini and Youth (Age Grade) start at under 6 (year 1, based on the school year they will turn 6) Age Grade Train Sunday morning, and Wednesday from Under 10 (school year 5)

We normally run a summer mixed Touch Rugby competition
