Bogert's garter snake (Thamnophis bogerti) is a species of snake in the family Colubridae. The species is endemic to Mexico.

Etymology
editBoth the specific name bogerti and the common name Bogert's garter snake are in honor of the American herpetologist Charles Mitchill Bogert.[1]

editThe preferred habitat of T. bogerti is montane forest or woodland at elevations of 2,195–2,743 m (7,201–8,999 ft).[2]
