Buford is an unincorporated community in Rio Blanco County, Colorado, United States.[1]
History
editA post office called Buford was in operation from 1890 until 1961.[2] The community was named after John Buford, an officer in the American Civil War.[3]
Climate
editMarvine Ranch is a weather station near Buford, situated at an elevation of 7800 ft (2377 m).[4]
