Chad (also known as the Mansfield Chad) is a weekly regional newspaper for Mansfield and Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, England. The newspaper was founded in 1952.[2] Its name was originally an abbreviation of "Chronicle Advertiser".[3] Chad is a member of the Independent Press Standards Organisation.[4][5]
