Deathbolt (Jake Simmons) is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. He was created by the Ultra-Humanite to fight the All-Star Squadron.[1]

Fictional character biography
editJake Simmons is a wanted criminal who gains electric abilities from the Ultra-Humanite's experimentation. Code-named "Deathbolt", he becomes the Ultra-Humanite's ally before being defeated by the All-Star Squadron.[2]
Deathbolt returns and attempts to kill Starman, only to be defeated by his descendant Farris Knight.[3]
Powers and abilities
editDeathbolt can channel the electrical energy in his body into powerful blasts of electricity.[4]
