The 2019 MPBL All-Star Game was an exhibition game played on March 2, 2019, during the 2018–19 season of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL). It was the inaugural edition of the MPBL All-Star Game, which took place at SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay.
The South Division won against the North Division with a score of 109–84. Jeff Viernes was declared the All-Star Game MVP.[1]

editThe two coaches of each division's highest-ranked team up to that point coached the all-star rosters of their respective divisions. The two coaches ended up being Jojo Lastimosa of the Bataan Risers for the North All-Stars and Don Dulay of the Davao Occidental Tigers for the South All-Stars.
