The 2024 CAF Women's Champions League WAFU Zone B Qualifiers is the 4th edition of the CAF Women's Champions League WAFU Zone B Qualifiers organized by the WAFU for the women's clubs of association nations. This edition was held from 10 to 23 August 2023 in Ivory Coast.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4] The tournament winners qualified automatically for the 2024 CAF Women's Champions League final tournament.^[5]

Teams are ranked according to points (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss), and if tied on points, the following tiebreaking criteria are applied, in the order given, to determine the rankings.
