Early life and high school

edit

Reese attended Glenville High School located in Cleveland, Ohio. Coming out of high school, Reese was rated as a four-star recruit, where he held offers from schools such as Alabama, Michigan, Ohio State, and Penn State.[2][3] Ultimately, Reese decided to commit to play college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes.[4][5]

College career

edit

During Reese's first collegiate season in 2023, Reese only appeared in six games due to a concussion, where he recorded no statistics.[6][7] In week one of the 2024 season, Reese notched four tackles with one being for a loss, in a win over the Akron Zips.[8] In week nine, Reese recorded two tackles but was ejected due to a questionable targeting call late in the fourth quarter against the Nebraska Cornhuskers.[9][10] After the conclusion of the game, Ohio State appealed the call, where it was later overturned, lifting Reese's suspension for the Buckeyes matchup versus Penn State Nittany Lions.[11]
