Braden Boyko[2], better known online as Beluga, is an American YouTuber with over 10 million subscribers, well known for his skits revolving around various topics with the use of Discord. His videos mainly feature relatable situations.[3]
Beluga's profile picture is a cat meme from 2018 known as "polite cat", due to its smile. The smile turned out to be photoshopped. The cat's actual name is Ollie and it is a domestic short hair tabby cat. [4]

In May of that year, he changed the name of the channel to Beluga and said that he would be posting "some of the best videos on the Internet."[6] On June 12, 2021, Beluga began uploading Discord content, which gained millions of views and the channel gained 740k subscribers in June alone.[7] [8] Beluga later became one of the fastest growing YouTube channels.
