Boguslaw Stanisław Baniak (born 23 September 1958), nicknamed Bebeto[1][2] is a Polish professional football manager and former player who was most recently in charge of Polish club Olimpia Grudziądz.[3] Besides Poland, he has managed in Burkina Faso and Uzbekistan.[4][5][6][7]

editBaniak started his managerial career with Pogoń Szczecin.[8][9][10] After that, he coached Amica Wronki,[11] Stal Rzeszów,[12] Stilon Gorzów Wielkopolski,[13] Odra Opole,[14] Lech Poznań,[15] Kujawiak-Zawisza,[16][17] Warta Poznań,[18][19] Motor Lublin,[20] and Miedź Legnica.[21] In 2013, he was appointed head coach of Flota Świnoujście in the Polish I liga,[22] a position he held until 2014.
