Brian Turner (born December 10, 1956) is a highly regarded leader in the financial services industry and a respected economist in the banking and credit union industries. He was instrumental with his research on consumption analysis and monetary history. He is an expert in correlating economic market trends with expected consumer behavioral patterns. Throughout his distinguished career, Turner managed, advised and consulted with a number of financial institutions, aggregating over $70billion is assets, over 25 states.[1]

Turner was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on December 10, 1956. His parents, Frances (nee Blue) and Donald Richmond Turner, both third-generation Tulsans with roots dating back to the incorporation of the Tulsa. His mother was a traditional homemaker and his father was a long-time banker with the First National Bank of Tulsa.
