Christian Figueroa (born May 26, 2005)[1] is an American political activist and student organizer from California. He is a current undergraduate student at Stanford University.[2] Figueroa was the former national press secretary of the College Democrats of America and was one of the youngest national delegates to the 2024 Democratic National Convention.[3] He endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris following the withdrawal of Democratic candidate President Joe Biden from the 2024 United States presidential election.[4]

Early life and education
editChristian Figueroa was born on May 26, 2005 in Arcadia, California.[1] He is the son of a firefighter and public school teacher, and has two younger siblings.[5] Figueroa is a current sophomore at Stanford University[6] and lives in Southern California.[1] He is Catholic and openly gay.[7]
Activism
editFigueroa began his involvement in political activism at 13 years old following a Kamala Harris 2020 presidential campaign rally.[5] He later became the national press secretary of the College Democrats of America and was an organizing intern at the California Democratic Party.[3] Most notably, Figueroa was one of the youngest national delegates to the 2024 Democratic National Convention in Chicago, Illinois. He pledged his delegate vote for Vice President Kamala Harris.[8]
