InRento is a European crowdfunding platform that specializes in buy-to-let financing based in Vilnius, Lithuania.[1][2] InRento allows individual investors to participate in property financing by pooling their resources to fund real estate projects in Lithuania, Poland and Spain.

editInRento was founded in 2020 by Gustas Germanavičius, a Lithuanian serial entrepreneur.[4] The platform's mission is to offer a transparent and efficient way for individuals to finance in real estate, thereby creating new opportunities for both investors and property developers.[5] Within two years the company has funded projects worth more than €29m (£24.4m), and has attracted over 16,000 investors globally.[6]
As of January 2024, InRento has more than 2,500 investors and generates an average annual return of more than 11 percent.[7][8]
InRento is regulated by the Bank of Lithuania under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 Of The European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020 on European crowdfunding service providers for business, and amending Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and Directive (Eu) 2019/1937.[9]
2021, InRento acquired Estonian real estate platform BitOfProperty and expanded to Spain.[10] In March 2022, InRento performed a acquisition via merger of European real estate crowdfunding aggregator EvoEstate.[11][12]
