Naseeb Khan, son of Eisa Khan, was born in 1989 in Zadran village of Baraki Barak District, Logar Province, Afghanistan. While his family originates from the Shwak District of Paktia Province, he currently resides in Logar.

He completed his Master of Science in Media and Mass Communication from the International Islamic University in Islamabad (IIUI).

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Khan is a prolific writer, having authored over 100 short stories and works of fiction that reflect the social-political circumstances of Afghanistan. These stories have been published across various magazines, newspapers, and websites.
