The Senatorial Group of ODS and TOP 09 (Czech: Senátorský klub ODS a TOP 09), was established after the 2020 elections, when the senators for TOP 09 transferred to the ODS' senatorial group. It is made up of 36 senators. It is headed by the chairman of the club and the two vice-presidents who are elected by the club once a year.
Since the Senate elections in October 2020, this is the strongest factions in the Senate.
