History

The 1980s and 1990s saw the rise of pizza in Zagreb, Split, Dubrovnik, and Rijeka. Pizzerias began to appear, catering to both tourists and locals looking for familiar food.

In December 2017, a Canadian travel and food YouTube channel Samuel and Audrey uploaded food serving pizza and seafood in Pula, Istria, Croatia.[1]
