Prime AE Group Inc. is an architecture and engineering firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. It was founded in 2007 by Kumar Buvanendaran and Jay Jayanthan as Prime Engineering, Inc. (PEI).[1][2] The current name is the result of a change made in 2013.[3] In 2019, Prime AE completed a merger with NewHold Enterprises, LLC.[4] Kumar Buvanendaran is currently serving as Executive Chairman and Kurt Bergman as Chief Executive Officer.
