Sleekflow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform headquartered in Hong Kong.[1][2]

History

Sleekflow was founded by Henson Tsai.[1][3]

In 2019, Sleekflow was selected for the Global Launch Singapore Program by the venture capital firm 500 Startups, following a pre-Series A investment from Gobi Partners China, the investment manager of the Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund.[4][5]

In June 2022, Sleekflow secured $8 million in Series A funding led by Tiger Global Management.[4]

In August 2024, Sleekflow received $7 million in a funding round led by Atinum Investment.[3][6][7]

Sleekflow is headquartered in Hong Kong and Singapore, with active operations in Brazil, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates.[3]

Platform

Sleekflow's platform facilitates the management of user interactions and orders across various social media channels.[3] It features an omnichannel dashboard, automation tools, and a customizable chat flow builder.[3] The platform also supports in-chat payment links, team collaboration tools, and integrations with CRM systems, as well as e-commerce functionalities.[3][8]
