The Japanese version of this article is alarming. Describes the March First Movement as violent riots in which Koreans slaughtered Japanese civilians, then downplays the violent suppression. Many unsourced controversial claims, and taking contemporary colonial messaging at face value when there was a clear incentive to twist the narrative.
