@NealeWellington: Good work on getting the article to the current state. It is important to understand the requirements for "notability" - the need for significant coverage of the subject in multiple independent and reliable sources. The article has some good sources already, but the target should be at least 6-8 quality and independent sources that provide significant (in-depth) coverage of the organisation that is the subject of this article. See: WP:ORG. Newspaper articles that cover the organisation are often the best. One example of a potentially useful source that isn't cited in the article at present is: [1]. My suggestion is to try and find as many independent sources as possible, to reduce the reliance on any one source. Another suggestion is to use the Copy violation detection tool: [2]. This will help flag instances where there may be close paraphrasing or copying of sections from a source. This may apply to content sourced from the NZ On Screen website page. As a rough guide, try to get the % similarity score from the copyvio tool to well under 20%. Some proof reading is also required to correct a significant number of minor errors in the present draft. One layout issue needs to be addressed: External links go after the References, as per MOS:LAYOUT. Marshelec (talk) 04:28, 10 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
The following sources are worth a look to see if they can be used to add something worthwhile to the article:
"Toonz partners with Industry veteran Bill Schultz for The Skinner Boys; Acquires rights for Mukpuddys Sparkle Friends". AnimationXpress. 5 October 2010. ProQuest756720199.
Thanks for your wise advice and assistance. I've added a number of sources, checked the article with the copy violation tool - scored about 19%, but looking at the items it was using to count such as proper names, I doubt if I can get it lower. Cleaned up some typos and corrected the layout issue. NealeWellington (talk) 09:39, 10 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
@NealeWellington: Great work on getting this article created. A useful next step would be to add an Infobox using the Template:Infobox company, and then using the process for uploading non-free logos that is provided in Wikimedia Commons, add a snip of their logo to the infobox. It might also be useful for the reader to add one or two External links to snippets of their productions (if there are suitable snippets online).Marshelec (talk) 03:53, 15 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
@NealeWellington: Are you sure about the ownership stated in the Infobox ? According to the Companies Register, the shareholdings in Mukpuddy Animation are split between the three founders. See [8]... Marshelec (talk) 05:18, 15 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
