Name and citizenship

He seems to have dual US and AL citizenship, but I didn't find any evidence about Greek citizenship although he is ethnic Greek. I use his common name for the title and full name for the leading sentence as I found in the documents of Albanian elections. It would be nice to have a romanized version of his Greek name, but I don't think such a name exists for him unless he has Greek citizenship.
