Klein refused a request to testify on a panel about criminal justice and sentencing reform from a prosecutor who had testified against pay raises for judges.[1] Klein refused to order Hawaii's attorney general to release its investigatory records of an alleged art forgery ring in a case that was dropped. The art center was later raided by federal and city officers.[2] FloridaArmy (talk) 02:03, 24 January 2021 (UTC)
- I see that the basis for removal was an assertion that these items are trivia. I'm not sure whether they are or aren't, but additional sources covering these incidents would tend to support the case that they are not. BD2412 T 02:12, 24 January 2021 (UTC)
