this articles lede has a promotional tone
editconsidering adding this. it's unsourced and reads like a commercial
This article contains promotional content. (September 2024) |

- NotQualified ??? I'm pretty sure commercials don't describe its product as a "controversial figure" that's received "criticism for various statements." Just because it isn't as negative as his haters want doesn't mean it's promoting him in the slightest; read WP:NPOV and MOS:LEAD. I swear, it's as if people invent things to criticize just because they think words are free. PantheonRadiance (talk) 01:00, 9 September 2024 (UTC)
- sorry i meant more the way it's phrased than the content itself. read this for example
- "Noted for his confrontational style, use of memes and mimicry from right-wing YouTubers, he is considered a notable figure within the BreadTube community. Described as a progressive and libertarian socialist"
- it just sounds, odd? also nothing in the lede is sourced.
- promotional tone is too harsh but it reads unusually, like it was AI generated NotQualified (talk) 01:29, 9 September 2024 (UTC)

the presence of citations in the lead is neither required in every article nor prohibited in any article
. As long as everything in the lead is cited in the body of the article, it should be ok, feel free to point anything out if you think it isn't cited in the body anywhere. You should be able to edit the page - make some changes to try and fix any tone issues! You might be reverted but can come back here to discuss if you are. Or you can make any suggestions here if you don't want to directly edit the page. Shapeyness (talk) 09:50, 9 September 2024 (UTC)
