Eliud Owalo is currently the Deputy Chief of Staff in charge of performance and delivery Management in the Executive Office of the President of Kenya.[1] Previously, he was Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communication & Digital Economy in the Cabinet of Kenya since 2022.[2] Other previous positions include Managing Consultant, Eliud & Associates Management Consultants and Director/Council Member – Kenya School of Government.
