- 16 September: National Heroes' Day, There are currently five national heroes: Robert Llewellyn Bradshaw, Paul Southwell, Joseph Nathaniel France, Simeon Daniel, and Kennedy Simmonds.[3]
- 19 September: Independence Day, from the U.K. in 1983.[4]
