Опис медалі «Ветеран служби»

Медаль «Ветеран служби» виготовляється з жовтого томпаку і має форму кола діаметром 32 мм.

На лицьовому боці медалі по колу розміщено лавровий вінок, посередині - два мечі, що перехрещуються. На мечі накладено щит, поверх щита - прямий рівносторонній хрест, покритий синьою емаллю, із розбіжними кінцями синього кольору і жовтими пружками. У центрі на синьому полі в обрамленні вінка з дубового листя жовтого кольору - Державний Герб України жовтого кольору.

За допомогою кільця медаль з'єднується з колодкою, яка має вигляд прямокутної металевої пластини жовтого кольору, обтягнутої стрічкою. У нижній частині колодки - тонка металева фігурна дужка із заокругленим виступом та отвором посередині для сполучення колодки зі знаком медалі. Розмір колодки: висота - 42 мм, ширина - 28 мм, фігурної дужки та заокругленого виступу - відповідно 30 х 2 мм та 2 мм. На зворотному боці колодки - прорізи для прикріплення стрічки, а також застібка для кріплення медалі «Ветеран служби» до одягу.

Стрічка медалі муарова синього кольору шириною 28 мм з повздовжньою жовтою смужкою посередині та малиновими з боків.

Планка медалі являє собою металеву пластинку, обтягнуту відповідною стрічкою.

Розмір планки - 28 х 12 мм.
