Summary
| Description |
The Riley Nine was built with many different bodies, and went through many changes from 1926-38. Originally only available in 1926 as a fabric body saloon or a 4 seat Tourer. The Plus Ultra Sports was produced in 1932 and 1933, designed by the two Riley brothers, Stanley was responsible for the chassis, suspension and body and Percy designed the 1087cc four cyl engine, it had hemispherical combustion chambers with the valves inclined at 45 degrees in a cross flow head. |
