Summary

Description
English: 1969 SC/Rambler - a compact-sized two-door "muscle car" produced by American Motors Corporation (AMC) in collaboration with Hurst Performance. All were two-door hardtop body style (no "B" pillar) cars marketed as a low-priced factory-ready Stock Car (SC) designed to to showcase AMC in performance and drag racing. Each SC/Rambler came equipped with AMC's 315 hp (235 kW; 319 PS) 390 cu in (6.4 L) AMC V8 engine with a four-speed manual transmission (with Hurst shifter), as well as a 3.54:1 "Twin-Grip" limited slip differential. The cars came from the factory in bold red and blue on white painted exteriors (this car has the "A" scheme) as well as a charcoal interior with red-white-blue upholstered headrests on the individually adjustable reclining front seats. Picture taken during the car show on Saturday at the American Motors Owners Association (AMO) annual convention that was held July 2015 near Cleveland, Ohio.
