Base model was the Chevelle 2 door Sport Coupe Mid spec was the 300 Deluxe; 2 door Coupe, 2 or 4 door Sedans and 4 door Nomad Wagon. The upmarket model was the Chevelle Malibu; 2 door Hardtop, Convertible, 4 door Hardtop, Sedan and Wagon The Chevelle SS396, the performance model, available in 2 door Sports Coupe, Hardtop or Convertible, stiffer suspension, power domed hood, black grille, bucket seats and console.
