Description The South Carolina National Guard and South Carolina State Guard sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the chaplain corps of the two organizations Oct. 19, 2019, at McCrady Training Center in Eastover, South Carolina to establish a partnership to work together for religious needs and resources.
