Description
English: Craftsman style house built between 1908-1915. Designation as City Landmark requested by then owner, Richard Burton, apparently to take advantage of the Historic Building Code to Do necessary work on the structure prior to converting it to offices. The designation was approved by the Cultural Heritage Board on January 14, 1998.
