Description 80-G-30679: Operation Torch, November 1942. Royal Navy ship, HMS Venomous (D 75), with survivors of HMS Hecla at Casablanca, Morocco, November 17, 1942. Hecla was a destroyer depot ship and was sunk during this operation on November 12, 1942 by German submarine U-515.(9/22/2015).
