Summary
editDescription | The AMES Type 82 radar, also known as Orange Yeoman, at RAF Lindholme.
The antenna is currently pointed away from the photographer, the photo shows the back of the antenna. The lens system, which is see-through when aligned end-on as it is here, dominates the center of the system. The horizontal bar across the top is the IFF antenna, the one along the bottom is the transmitter, and the stack of receiver feed horns runs vertically down the right side. |
