On American Mathematical Monthly, this image is used to illustrate the journal. The copyright belongs to the Mathematical Association of America, but the low resolution image of the magazine cover is a fair use. There is little commercial vlaue in an image of the cover of an academic journal, and this image is of quality too low for professional publishing in any event.
