English: A Medieval pottery rim sherd from a shelly-ware jar (1050-1250). The rim sherd has an everted rim and dark grey fabric with red oxidised margins and frequent shell inclusions.
Dave Applegate suggests it is North Kent Shell Tempered ware (Monaghan 1987).
