Description

El 3 de abril del año 2011 se realizó en Uruguay, la Ceremonia de Apertura de los Festejos del Año XIII. Dicho evento estuvo enmarcado en las actividades conmemorativas del Bicentenario de Uruguay, las cuales tuvieron lugar durante ese año. En a ceremonia, que tuvo lugar en Montevideo, participaron mas de 500 niños de 19 escuelas de todo el país.
La fotografía fue tomada por Andrés Cuenca para la Secretaría del Bicentenario, dependiente de la Comisión del Bicentenario, la cual está conformada por autoridades de todos los partidos políticos, de diferentes Ministerios y organismos públicos de Uruguay.
