Summary

Description
English: This image is of an actual anchor. The bottom curved part represents the meeting of an interesting problem or scenario as it involves various contexts and topics. The anchor activity is constructed of merging of the scenario and contexts. When this happens, the level of critical thinking skill development and knowledge transfer rises. Also, students extend their thinking and apply real-world project management skills to the scenario being studied. This is represented by the center section of the anchor which is directed with arrows pointing up, representing the rising level of student achievement regarding skill, knowledge transfer, extended thinking, and project management experience.
