This image of the cover of Armchair Science, is being linked to the article about the magazine. Although the picture is subject to copyright I (Gaius Cornelius) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the book in any way;
2. copies could not be used to make illegal copies;
3. the image on the cover is significant to the article because it is the first edition.

This image is of a magazine cover, and the copyright for it is most likely held by either the publisher of the magazine or the individual contributors who worked on the cover depicted.
