Deutsch: Der fabrikneue Drehstrom-Triebwagen BCe 2/5 Nr. 7 der BTB mit einer Personenzug-Garnitur auf Probefahrt in Grosshöchstetten.

Die 1921 von der Maschinenfabrik Oerlikon (MFO) und der Schweizerischen Industriegesellschaft (SIG) in Neuhausen am Rheinfall gelieferten Triebwagen BCe 2/5 Nr. 7 und 8 waren eine Kombination von zweiachsiger Lok mit aufgestütztem, dreiachsigem Anhänger, wie sie 1925 ähnlich von den gleichen Firmen auch an die BLS-Gruppe geliefert wurden, allerdings hier für Einphasen-Wechselstrom-Speisung (CFe 2/6 „„Halbesel“).

Die Leistung der 56 t schweren BTB-Triebwagen betrug 324 kW, die Höchstgeschwindigkeit 60 km/h. Als die Burgdorf-Thun-Bahn 1933 auf Einphasen-Wechselstrom 15 kV 16 2/3 Hz umgestellt wurde, baute man aus den Wagenteilen der beiden BCe 2/5 Steuerwagen BCt.
