The sight of these orphan children,forced into the world to work at atender age and unequipped to com-pete with the educated, so impressedme that I determined that if the timeand opportunity ever permitted, Iwovild interest public-spirited peoplein the founding of some communityplanned to take care of just suchcases as these helpless orphans. Nowthat enterprise, established in amodest way some years ago, hasgrown to a usefulness that gives usone of the great satisfactions of life.Here we welcome the children ofMoose members who have died with-out the means to provide an educa-tion for their children. Year by yearthis enterprise grows in equipmentand resources. Yearly the number oforphans coming to us increases.
