Description João Evangelista Belfort Duarte, mais conhecido por, Belfort Duarte (São Luís, 27 de novembro de 1883 — Campo Belo, 27 de novembro de 1918) foi um futebolista brasileiro e um dos fundadores da Associação Atlética Mackenzie College, primeiro clube brasileiro verdadeiramente de brasileiros, pois, as grandes equipes na época eram de ingleses como o São Paulo Athletic Club.

According to Brazilian copyright law (Law 9.610 of February 19, 1998; see translation):
