A full-length portrait of President Benjamin Harrison standing before a draped, Greek style chair, depicted as if making a speech. He wears an open overcoat with his proper right hand upraised and his proper left hand holding gloves. Sculpture is mounted on an oval base with a decorative top border and a relief of an eagle on the front, set on a square base. An exedra is behind the memorial in the plaza.
