English: Blaen-y-cae slate quarry Remains of a steam engine operating an inclined cableway. This is a Scheduled Ancient Monument as far as I know. Built by Henderson in Aberdeen, who specialised in this type of machinery. In line of sight of the Dorothea beam engine but not as well known. I have yet to fall over a colour image.
