Summary

Description
English: A serving of blanc-manger, sprinkled with cocoa powder and garnished with a few whole almonds. This blanc-manger was made according to a rather purist recipe, containing only almonds, water, milk, sugar and gelatin. This is not English-style, cornflour thickened blancmange, but rather the almond jelly known in the classic French cuisine.
